For organisations · Explore collaboration

Practise boundaries. At work and in everyday life.

Grenzen & Groei is a practical e-learning platform about your own boundaries and those of others. We want to explore suitable learning routes with employers, municipalities, community organisations and education.

Collega’s overleggen samen aan tafel

Current status: you can explore the existing lessons and exercises through the current access options. A dedicated organisation programme, group management and organisation licences are not available yet. Any pilot would first require agreement on content, access, privacy and practical arrangements.

This is how you learn

From recognising to trying for yourself.

Clear explanations and familiar situations help you find your own words. Your boundaries matter, and so do those of others.

  1. Recognise

Watch a lesson or read an example. Notice what feels familiar.

  2. Try

Choose a response in an available exercise and read the feedback.

  3. Take a small step

Decide what you want to practise in daily life. You can always try again.

Start with a clear learning question.

Who will practise, which situations do they encounter and what should they be able to try? These questions define the scope of a possible pilot.

Content and guidance

First agree on the audience, learning goals, available material and the role of a teacher, parent or manager. A course does not replace an organisation’s responsibility to listen and provide support.

Privacy and evaluation

An organisation contact does not receive access to personal answers or results. Any future group use requires appropriate privacy arrangements. Agree in advance how to assess usability and learning goals, without promising outcomes.

Explore what could fit your participants.

Tell us what kind of organisation you represent, who you want to support and which situations you want to address. Please do not include personal participant information. Linda will consider whether a first discussion fits the platform’s development.
