Grenzen & Groei is a practical e-learning platform. Learn to recognise, express and maintain your own boundaries, and respect those of others.

The founder
Linda explores scientific literature and translates insights into accessible videos, courses, articles and exercises.
Practical learning about your own boundaries and those of others is at the heart of Grenzen & Groei.
Grenzen & Groei makes learning about boundaries accessible and practical. You will find explanations, courses, self-reflection questionnaires and conversations to practise new responses.
Linda develops the platform and translates research insights into accessible lessons and familiar situations. Lotte and Karim guide the adult course. Noor and Sami help children practise at their own level.
Videos explain the subject. Exercises let you explore what you can say and do in a situation. You review your choices and choose a small step for everyday life.
The aim is to help you make more conscious choices that fit your needs, values and possibilities.
