For children aged 6 to 8 · Together with a trusted adult
Practise with Noor and Sami.
Your choice matters. So does the other person’s choice. Explore choosing, stopping, listening and asking for help through familiar adventures.
Choose an adventure ↓Practise through an adult’s account, without grades. You can always skip or stop. The first example is also available without an account.

Video for adventure 1
(Netherlands time)
The video cannot be watched yet. Practice and video availability are separate; a planned date may change.
Which adventure will you explore?
These exercises follow Noor and Sami’s stories. Choose an adventure and discover together what you can do. An available exercise does not mean its video is already public.

Adventure 1
You may choose differently
Noor draws a rainbow. Sami wants to draw an elephant. Must they choose the same thing?
Talk and practise together
Which colour or animal would you choose?
Try it away from the screen
Each name something you enjoy. Listen without changing the other person’s choice.
The adult may read aloud. Choose together whether to speak, take some distance or ask for help. Watching or stopping is also allowed.
You may just listen. You do not have to share a personal story.
What would you like now?
For the adult practising along
Read aloud if helpful. Give time and accept a pause or a no. Do not ask for personal experiences on this page. Practice is not a way to assess whether a child protects themselves well enough.
Help does not require a perfect no
Children may ask for help, including when they freeze, first say yes, feel unsure or tell someone later. Adults are responsible for listening and helping. If one adult does not listen, a child may tell another trusted adult.
